Keith is a Shareholder, Director, and is the President of Newton, O'Connor, Turner & Ketchum, where he concentrates his practice in the representation of employers and management in all areas of labor and employment law, commercial and general litigation.

Keith counsels employers and management on employment and labor law issues, including legal compliance, preventative labor and employment law practices, internal investigations, policy development and employment contracts. Keith has extensive experience defending employment discrimination and labor charges, wage and hour disputes, wrongful discharge claims and civil rights litigation before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, to include the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission, National Labor Relations Board, United States Department of Labor and the Oklahoma Department of Labor. Keith is also an experienced trial attorney in general civil litigation matters.

Keith serves as an Adjunct Instructor for Tulsa Community College, where he has taught Human Resource Law I and II since 2001. Keith is the author of "Teetering On The Brink Of Litigation: Today's Perilous Balance Between Federal Employment and Oklahoma Workers' Compensation Laws," 69 Okla. Bar . J. 3686 (1998), for which he received the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Maurice Merrill Golden Quill Award, given annually to the author of the Oklahoma Bar Journal scholarly article of the year. He is a past Chairman of the Oklahoma Bar Association Labor & Employment Law Section.

Keith is a member of the American, Oklahoma (Chairman, Labor and Employment Section, 2004-2005) and Tulsa County Bar Associations, and the Defense Research Institute. Keith served as President of the Rotary Club of Owasso from 2007-2008, and is a current member of that organization’s Board of Directors. Keith also serves as a member of the City of Owasso Character Council and is on the Board of Directors of the Owasso Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Keith earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University, and his Juris Doctor degree from The University of Tulsa, where he was an editor on the Tulsa Law Journal. In law school, Keith received highest class grade awards in Employment Discrimination, Trial Practice, Evidence Workshop and Sports Law. He was a member of the Board of Advocates and the Phi Delta Phi Honorary Legal Fraternity. Prior to law school, Keith was an award-winning television news anchor and reporter for an ABC affiliate in Missouri.

Keith is admitted to practice in all state courts of Oklahoma; the United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma; the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals; and, has been admitted specially to represent clients in matters pending in federal and state courts in Missouri, Texas and California.
