Rachel is an Associate Attorney at Newton, O’Connor, Turner & Ketchum, where she represents firm clients in the areas of Corporate Law, Labor and Employment and General Litigation.

Rachel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, with distinction, and her Juris Doctorate degree with honors from the University of Oklahoma. In law school, Rachel received several academic honors, to include the George J. Fagin Municipal Law Endowment, and highest class grade awards in Evidence, Torts, and Legal Research and Writing.

Rachel is a member of the Oklahoma and Tulsa County Bar Associations. She also serves in leadership positions for the Tulsa Equal Employment Opportunity Coordinators’ Association.

Rachel is admitted to practice law in the state courts of Oklahoma, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma.
