Jennifer is an Associate Attorney at Newton, O'Connor, Turner & Ketchum, where she plays a significant role in the firm’s ongoing Adoption and Guardianship practice.

Having built a highly respected reputation for thoroughness and tenacity, Jennifer is a gifted and dedicated attorney in her area of practice.

Jennifer is a member of the Oklahoma and Tulsa County Bar Associations. She served as a member of the Oklahoma Adoption Coalition and chair of its Public Affairs Committee.  Jennifer was also an appointee to the Oklahoma Legislature's Adoption Review Task Force.  She is a member of the OBA's Family Law Section and serves on the TCBA's Juvenile Law and Children and the Law committees.  Jennifer is a Fellow of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys.

Jennifer earned her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from the California State University, Stanislaus, and her Juris Doctor degree from The University of Tulsa College of Law. In law school, Jennifer was the recipient of several academic honors, including highest class grade honors in multiple courses.

Jennifer is admitted to practice in the state courts of Oklahoma and in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Oklahoma.
