Jeff is an Associate Attorney at Newton, O’Connor, Turner & Ketchum, where he practices in the areas of Commercial and Corporate Law, Small Business Formation, Real Estate, Probate, Civil Litigation and Estate Planning.

Jeff received his Bachelor of Science degree from Westminster College, in Missouri, and earned his Juris Doctor degree from Oklahoma City University School of Law.

Jeff is a member of the Tulsa County and Oklahoma Bar Associations, and the Oklahoma Bar Foundation. Jeff previously served on the Board of Directors for the Muskogee Narcotics and Alcohol Referral Counseling and Help, and served as liason to the United Way for Legal Service of Eastern Oklahoma. Jeff is the founder of Marriage Bonds Ministries, and served as a presenter for the Oklahoma Marriage Initiative.

Jeff is admitted to practice in the state and all federal district courts of Oklahoma.
