Jon is an Associate Attorney of Newton, O’Connor, Turner & Ketchum, where he represents businesses in Commercial litigation and general Labor and Employment law matters.

In addition to representing corporate clients, financial institutions and management in matters before state and federal administrative agencies and courts, Jon has extensive state and federal appellate court experience, and has presented oral arguments before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Jon is a member of the American, Oklahoma, Texas and Tulsa County Bar Associations. Jon served on the Professional Responsibility Committee for the Tulsa County Bar Association and is a member of the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association. Jon has served as a member of the Hudson Hall Wheaton Chapter of the American Inns of Court in Tulsa, and is a former CLE Chair for that professional organization.

Jon earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University and his Juris Doctorate degree from Southern Methodist University. He is admitted to practice in Oklahoma and Texas state courts; the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma, and the Northern District of Texas; and United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and the Tenth Circuits.
